  • Assistance with job search and career guidance.

  • Consultation for import/export logistics and documentation.

  • Guidance on property investment opportunities.

2. Client Responsibilities:

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.

  • You are responsible for meeting all eligibility criteria set by educational institutions, immigration authorities, or other relevant bodies.

  • You must adhere to all payment schedules for Lakshan Global’s services as agreed upon in writing.

  • You understand that Lakshan Global acts as a consultancy and facilitator. Final decisions regarding admissions, visas, job offers, or investments rest with the respective institutions, authorities, or your independent due diligence.

3. Fees and Payments: Service fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before engagement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement. Any third-party fees (e.g., application fees, visa fees, test fees) are separate from Lakshan Global’s service fees and are your responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability: Lakshan Global provides guidance based on available information and our expertise. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, job placement, or investment returns. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Lakshan Global remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our express written permission.

6. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms: Lakshan Global reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
